He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Anthony has over 25 years of public and private sector experience working on clean energy technologies and policies. Previously, he served in the administrations of California Governors Jerry Brown and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and worked at Ford Motor Company. Anthony holds a master鈥檚 from UC Davis.
